**Shipping Policy**

All products are shipped from our warehouses located in HongKong.

To protect your interests, we will carefully unbox and inspect all items prior to shipment to ensure their quality. The entire inspection process is monitored by CCTV. If you prefer that we do not open the product box for inspection, please inform us at the time of ordering.

**To: USA & Canada**

All orders are shipped via USPS, ACI Logistix, Speedx, UniUni, or Canada Post. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) at our discretion.

 

**Estimated delivery times:**  

- USA: 8–14 business days  

- Canada: 9 –15 business days  

 

Any applicable duties and taxes are covered by Scale Metals.

 

 

**To: Countries Other Than the USA & Canada**

All orders are shipped using USPS rates, calculated based on weight and destination. We reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

 

**Estimated delivery times:**  

- Most regions in the European Union: 8–14 business days  

- United Kingdom: 8–14 business days  

- Most regions in Asia: 7–12 business days  

- Australia: 8–14 business days  

- Middle East (e.g., UAE, Qatar, etc.): 8–14 business days  

 

 

For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected by the carrier at the destination country and are **not charged by Scale Metals**. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer.

- U.S. outer territories (e.g., Guam, American Samoa, etc.)  

- Yukon, Canada  

- Okinawa, Japan
